Returns

Thirty(30) Day return policy on all items shown on our site. Certain Custom Merchandise is not returnable, these are the items customers ask for specifically and we order just for you. Customers are notified of custom orders before they are placed.
Included with your shipment will be all the tools necessary to make a return. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, include all manufacturer packaging and all attached tags and labels. Items may not be returned after they have been washed.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after items are received. Please notify us by e-mail if you are returning an item or if you have any questions regarding an item.
Please include the following when contacting us:

• Customer name
• Order Number
• Nature of the problem
• Items returned must be in the original packing and in original condition.
• All transportation and insurance charges must be prepaid. Sorry, we will not accept COD's or unauthorized "bill recipient" returns.

Holiday Shipping Times

For the Holiday Season, Beach House Linens will process in-stock orders the same day if the order is placed by 12:00noon EST, either online or via phone or fax orders. In-stock Orders processed from another warehouse and orders placed after 12:00noon may be shipped the following day (for regular UPS Ground or 2 Day packages). Whenever you have special instructions or a specific request, please indicate such in the comments of your order- we will be happy to contact you by e-mail or phone regarding the status of your order.

We will notify you of Out-of-Stock items by 6pm EST the day the order is placed.

Standard shipping will be via UPS Ground with a tracking number. If you do not receive ordered merchandise within a timely manner of receiving email shipment notification, then please contact us.

Standard Shipping

Our site automatically calculates shipping based on dollars of merchandise purchased. Once you have items in your shipping cart, you can click the CHECKOUT button and the next page will show the shipping charged for your order.

For orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Purto Rico there may be an additional shipping surcharge based on the actual shipping charges to you and we will notify you via e-mail if these charges are in excess of $10.00. Shipping fees are calculated through UPS using your destination address and the order’s weight and package size. For residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for shipping rates. You may request a copy of shipping charges within 30 days of shipment for your reference.

Please provide your complete shipping address for all orders. Orders placed with incomplete shipping information will be assessed any correction charges from UPS (example: UPS generally charges $5 fee if apartment number or suite information is not listed on the order).

Standard shipping will be via UPS Ground with a tracking number or US Postal Service with a confirmation number. If you do not receive ordered merchandise within a timely manner of receiving email shipment notification, then please contact us.

2nd Day Shipping

We process all in-stock orders in 2 to 3 business days, please indicate if there is a deadline for you to receive your merchandise. Minimum 2nd Day Air charges appear on your e-mail invoice, we will send you a confirmation of actual 2nd day charges if the amount exceeds that amount on your confirmation. Additional charges exceeding $10 will require your approval via e-mail. Please note that many of the items at Beach House Linens are bulky (comforters and pillows...) and are therefore very expensive when shipped 2nd Day Air. Also of note: Beach House Linens does not provide Saturday Delivery at this time. 2nd Day Air packages shipped Thursday are delivered the second business day, Monday.

International Sales

Beach House Linens ships to United States Customers only at this time. All sales must originate from a United States address, have a United States credit card bill-to address, and be shipped to a United States address. Beach House Linens does not ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or the Bahamas at this time, nor do we accept credit cards with these non United States billing addresses.
