are $9.95,
200.01 to 400 are $16.95, 400.01 to 600 are $22.95
600.01-800
are $32.95, above $800 orders are $45
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are subject to additional
shipping based on the actual shipping charges. We will notify you if
charges would exceed $10 more before processing. Customers are responsible for all next day and 2nd
day air charges, these charges are quoted on a case by case basis, weight and
